Sumi Ejiri, Behaviour Change Officer

Sumi joined LSx fresh out of the Forum for the Future Masters Programme in 2010.  Having acrued experience across private, public and third sector organisations before starting, Sumi continues to work across sectors to develop solutions for projects that work to make London a more sustainable city.

Having cut her teeth working on Well London, a project that promoted London's communities taking charge of their own health and wellbeing, Sumi now leads on LSx's two Olympic projects, Transform and Bringing the Olympics to Business: Playing Your Part.  Sumi leads on community training and monitoring and evaluation for Transform, a project that forms part of Defra's Changing Places Programme for the London 2012 legacy programme, delivered in partnership with Groundwork London.  Through Bringing the Olympics to Business: Playing your Part, Sumi has worked to influence how London's business community can link up to the legacy of London 2012 while increasing the impacts of their CSR programmes.

Sumi has extensive experience of designing and running workshops and gets a real kick out of engaging broad and varied audiences to influence their behaviour.  She is also a bit of a nerd, and leads on LSx's social media strategy delivery alongside Jane Mulholland.

In previous lives, Sumi has worked in CSR consulting, been a documentary film maker and worked in a toy shop.  She loves cooking and hopes one day to set up her own social enterprise.
