Dean Rogers, National Officer for the Southern Regions, Public and Commercial Services Union
Originating from South Wales, Dean has lived and worked in greater London since 1991. Dean has extensive experience and knowledge of working with central and local government. He works for the Public and Commercial Services union (PCS) as National Officer for the Southern Regions.
This means managing delivery of the unions campaigning, organising and education programmes across London, the South east and also manages three regional offices in Victoria, Peterborough and Exeter. Dean also has considerable experience representing members and leading collective negotiations with many government departments from HM Treasury and Cabinet Office to the Department of Energy and Climate Change, including recently several national museums and galleries. He also works closely on campaigns alongside other unions, organisations and groups interested in promoting high quality public services.
