Restaurants and
catering businesses recently took part in a free training day to
help identify practical ways to save energy and water as well as
visit a 'sustainable venue', the Roots and Shoots Eco
Building. SEA/Renue
and Greener
Food ran a free 'Energy Surgery' - which offered a
step-by-step breakdown of energy usage and demonstrated how and where it
can be reduced. The energy saved was then translated
into financial gain! See the calendar below
for more events that could benefit your business.
