While climate change is far and distant threat for most people, paying the bills and heating the home is a daily concern for millions of Londoners. Working with local organisations, faith groups and energy champions, our keeping warm and tacking climate change projects help people with simple actions and advice to help them save money and heat their homes more efficiently.

Activities include informing people about how to get the best deal from their energy supplier, installing simple retrofits such as draught-excluders and advice provision for what to do in a power-cut or how to improve energy efficiency.

Our current energy projects

Westminster Foodbank

Funded by Caritas Westminster, this project equips front-line workers and volunteers with energy-efficiency advice and materials to support local people in reducing energy bills and improving the thermal comfort of their homes.

Big Energy Saving Network

Funded by Citizen’s Advice  we are offering training to front-line workers and one-on-one “energy switching” support sessions to individuals.

We are promoting energy efficiency advice alongside the  London Borough of Lambeth through events, a social media campaign and an energy booklet.
