Recipes for a Healthier, Wealthier Restaurant
A Love London 2007 (London Sustainability Weeks) event.

London's restaurant-goers are increasingly attracted to seasonal, healthy and locally sourced food. Capitalise on this trend! This is a must-attend event for restaurant owners, managers and chefs based in London.

The event includes:

• Producer fair – you’ll meet with food producers who will showcase a wide range of local and seasonal ingredients
• Recipe demonstrations - TV and Leon chef Allegra McEvedy will show you how to cook great fast food using local and seasonal ingredients. Her career has taken her everywhere from the River Cafe to her own restaurant the Good Cook, to Leon where she is now development chef. Allegra’s award-winning “Colour Cookbook” was published in 2006.
• Delicious refreshments courtesy of Asian restaurant Zen Satori!
• Free business support – the opportunity to sign up for Greener Food, a free business support package to help you save £500 a year by cutting your energy costs.
