Our business depends on… Serving a quick turnover of fresh coffee, tea, toasted sandwiches, cakes and pastries in a cosy coffee shop environment.
Something to shout about… If you can, why not try to compost? We’ve really reduced our waste costs by composting all our organic waste material.
Opus Coffee Shop’s top green tip… Saving water is so easy to do – and it will save you money on the bills. Putting a brick in our toilet cistern saved us 9 cubic meters of water a year, enough for 36,000 cups of tea.
