Our business depends on… finding the best ingredients to produce unique, healthy Afro-Caribbean food with a large range of vegetarian options.
Something to shout about… We’re proud to say that all our staff travel to work by bike, by public transport or on foot.
Stoshus’ top green tip… We use practical ways to influence our staff and customers. It is a challenge, but we have found that some customers like the fact that we may not serve a dish because an ingredient is not in season, and when we explain why, they commend us for this. Some of these green issues are not really at the forefront of people’s minds, so we find it to be a conscious raising exercise overall.
Greener Food has helped us... plan our future. We’re reviewing our daily operational practices in order to save energy and reduce outgoing expenditure.
